What is the 10-digit hex code I should enter on order?

When you purchase any of our products, you will be asked to enter the 10-digit hex code displayed at the top of the registration screen on starting the game:

What has happened if I received an unlock of '0'?

This happens if you do not provide the correct 10-digit code as explained above.

To resolve this situation please do the following:

• Run the trial version of the product you ordered, and on the registration screen make a note of the serial number displayed at the top of the screen
• Locate your order reference and purchase information
• Email us the serial code and your proof of purchase to us

If we receive the above information, we shall be able to issue the correct unlock code with minimal delay.
