Circle Set (Dynamic) |

| |
| The Circle Set technique is simply the application of the first rule of the game of Hitori - Numbers must be 'painted' out of the grid so that only one unique occurrence of any number in a white cell exists in both the row and column it occupies. |
| |
|
| |
| This means that as soon as we circle a cell to mark it as a white cell, any other occurrences of the number in the same row or column must be set (painted out). |
| |
| This rule can be used alternately with the Set Circle rule, sometimes even all the way to complete the board, but this wouldn't be very much fun! |
